Our client provides high-quality hospitality transportation for inter-city passengers for both business and leisure clients. To unlock the market potential of the services, the company closely works with various travel agencies, hotels and airline. To maximize the exposure of the service and bring more benefits to clients, they are fast-expanding recently. A General Manager is expected to lead a wave of unstoppable business exposure and expansion.

 

Job Description

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for formulate business strategies and execute them effectively by leading your team. P&L accountability for the markets and deliver profit objectives will be at your responsibility. By acting as a strong communication bridge between CEO and other functional team heads (sales team, marketing team, production team, logistics team and operation team), you will be at the heart of the initiatives of new business direction. By achieving your company objectives, it is also essential to provide an excellent account servicing experience and marketing support for company’s long term business partners. You will utilize your product knowledge and negotiation skill to identify new business opportunities and liaise with clients and vendors. One of your task will also be to conduct competitors’ analysis, forecast the sales and monitor the stock level. Of course, you are expected to achieve sales targets for profitable sales volume.

 

Requirement

  • Degree educated, MBA educated is definitely an asset
  • 15 years of sales and marketing experience in related area, plus 8 years of general management experience
  • Excellent leadership and organization skill, a good team player with internal and external parties
  • Detail-minded, strong analytical skill, sensitive to market trend
  • Self-motivated, willing to take on more responsibility and challenging

 

Remuneration

This is a high level managerial level position. You might have to travel upon request to attend the regional meeting. A rewarding salary package and career advancement opportunity will be offered for you outstanding performance.
