• Education: Engineering background with MBA preferred
• Extensive product, project and engineering management experience, at least 10 years’ experience in senior management position.
• Ability to drive product policy, engineering competence center buildup, costs & efficiencies improvement.
• Knowledge of avionics and IFE business or related
• Ability to identify potential business opportunity and drive the business to change based on business strategy
• Being able to successfully interface with Thales internal network to enhance integrity for maximized output and customer satisfaction
• Soft skills and behaviors: Demonstration of the Thales Leadership Model competencies through strong leadership, rigor in execution & processes, customer oriented , excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and the ability to inspire teams
• Marketing or solution experience will be an added advantage.
• Language : English and Mandarin required
