Responsibilities:

• In charge of all business management and operation in China
• Implement strategic and sales development plans for short-term and long-range planning
• Lead cross functional departments to drive business expansion and enhance market positioning in China
• Responsible for business decision making by evaluating organizational plan and financial performance
• Assess and provide recommendation on the budgets and resources plan

Requirement:

• 12 years relevant experience as senior managerial position, preferably in F&B
• Working experience in China is a must
• Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge in corporate law and management best practices
• Excellent analytical & critical thinking skills in developing strategic plans
• Outstanding leader and decision maker
