Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing a factory of Electrical and Electronic Assembly in Hui Zhou area

• Responsible for the Supply chain management

• Report to the Management Board

• Supervise PMC, Plastics Injection, Assembly, PIE, HR & Admin, Custom department,

• Design and monitor work flows, production systems and processes in to ensure efficiency and compliance to government laws

• Budget planning in machinery, manpower and factory expenses

• Set KPI for different departments and monitor their performance to ensure the company’s goal and targets are met

• Develop the overall competence and capability of people, system and process to ensure efficiency and team spirit

   

  Requirements

• High diploma or above in management / engineering discipline

• 7 years senior management experience in PRC factory operation

• Strong management, communication and organization skills

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and electronic productions

• Excellent in resources planning and quality knowledge

• 5 days work at Hui Zhou factory

要求

• 在惠州工厂工作五天
