Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support to Director, Corporate Communications for developing the Authority’s strategy in public relations and external communications  
  • Lead a team to plan, manage and execute publicity and promotion to build a positive brand for the Authority through the use of media (including the use of social media), public education, and corporate publications
  • Formulate editorial content across different communication platform to ensure effective communications and a positive image of the URA is well projected
  • Oversee the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility programmes to ensure corporate objectives are achieved
  • Oversee the public enquiry, request and complaint service to ensure performance pledge is achieved and right messages / positioning are properly communicated to the public 
  • Set annual objectives, manpower and budget plan to ensure programmes and initiatives are implemented in high quality with KPIs met, within timeline and budgets



Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Journalism and Communication
  • Minimum 15 years’ proven experience in corporate communication and public relations, of which at least 8 years in senior supervisory level with sizable team structure
  • With ability to think analytically to articulate complicated information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proactive leadership and able to drive to excel and overcome challenges
