Responsibilities

• Providing the overall leadership including strategic plan, sales, budget plan, cost control, production plan, quality control, HR, warehouse
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team
• Prepare business plans and ensure execution on target
• Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resource utilization/allocation
• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement
• Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce
• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations
• Overseeing all the production issues within factory

Requirements

• Degree holder in related management disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid working experience in manufacturing operation of factory with 5 years at managerial level in offshore countries
• Knowledge in printing is preferable
• Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature, high ethical manner, high responsibilities
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently
• Proficiency in using MS office to create reports, knowledge in IT system applications
• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
