Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering / Production and Industrial Engineering
• Min. 10 years of management experience in leading team in Hong Kong and a factory in China, familiar with ERP system and ISO
• Min. 10 years of experience in manufacturing and trading industry, preferable in LED lighting products
• Good leadership interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Responsible, employment history is stable and able to work under pressure
• Fluent of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office computer skills and Engineering Software
• Required to work 5.5 days per week
• Frequently travelling to China
