You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the midscale marketplace.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the hotel operations & day to day activities to meet all Novotel Brand standards and Novotel Guest Experience.
• Set yearly budget and financial commitments for all teams within each department’s P&L.
• Able to maximize the Hotel RevPar and drive new business activities.
• Review and lead all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business results.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in Mid-Scale Brand in Asia Pacific.
• Sound knowledge and expertise in Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital and Distribution.
• Well-rounded experience across hotel functions with a passion for guest experience and product services.
• Exceptional leadership with strong sensibility to local culture.
• Knowledge of local market is advantage.
• Excellent command of English. Local language is a plus.
