Francis Hotel Bath – MGallery Hotel Collection. With responsibility for the cluster support team.

The Hotel:

A great opportunity has arisen for a General Manager, Francis Hotel Bath with responsibility for the Cluster Support Team.

Situated on the prestigious Queen Square, the hotel is located in the heart of the historic city of Bath.

The role also offers the opportunity to lead the Cluster Team to include Finance, Sales, Revenue & T&C who also support the sister properties of Windsor and Cheltenham within the Collection.  

What you will be doing:
 

• Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager.
• Drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximize operating results.
• Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
• You will  also  thrive on developing, mentoring, and coaching the Support Team to drive key KPIs and a positive working culture !

Your experience and skills include:
 

Commercially driven, ideally you must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar Hotel Brand or business.  Cluster experience would also be an advantage.
