Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years or above sales and operations experience in logistics and/or forwarding industry with at least 3 years of management experience
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese, communication level Japanese is an advantage
- Exceptional communication, organization skills

Duties:
- Formulate business strategies to achieve long-term and short-term organizational goals
- Responsible for overall management activities of forwarding business, including sales, P&L, operations and risk control
- Provide leadership, mentorship and direction
- Explore and identify new market opportunities
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by top management
