Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, review and implement the procurement policies & procedures
  • Responsible for procurement of corporate supplies and services including facility management and maintenance services covering a wide spectrum of goods and services for the Group to ensure the product and service quality be met with the Group requirements
  • Perform and manage entire supply chain process from supply market research, sourcing, prequalification, and pricing and services benchmarking, contract drafting and terms negotiation, contract drafting and finalization as well as goods & services delivery
  • Establish and maintain supplier database accurately and conduct supplier performance review
  • Manage existing spending to minimize cost while improving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
  • Integrate and leverage new sourcing and procurement structures, tools and strategies
  • Interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments
  • Guide and manage the team in tracking and monitor supplier markets for OS&E and perishables including benchmarking against industry/market standards

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, or other related discipline
  • At least 15 years of related work experience in direct or indirect procurement/ sourcing/ purchasing/ supply with managerial responsibilities
  • Sound knowledge on category management
  • Strong communication and excellent negotiation skills
  • Good leadership skills and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese
