This top tier International Hospitality Group in the Asia region due to expansion is seeking for a General Manager to manage their hotel in Saipan.  

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related

• 12+ years of experience in Resort, Hotel, Casino Resort and Hotel, or equivalent industry;
• To provide expertise in pre-opening experience from luxury hotel groups, properties or relevant with in-depth knowledge of the Hotel, Leisure and/or Service sector;
• Plans and directs the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations;
• Communicates, directs and manages all functions performed within the Hotel Operations, which employees of all different level positions are from Asian and International countries;
• Experience in corporate planning, strategic development, managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
• The selected candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, with good command of Chinese or English
