Responsibilities:

• Report to the Group Chairman
• Provide effective and oversee the entire operation and management to achieve the company's business targets including sales, production efficiency, profitability, brand building, staff morale, client relationship, distribution channel, etc.
• Develop in short- and long-term business and marketing plans and implement tactics to achieve business objectives
• Work closely with management executives for business development
• Track and analyze brand/product performance and trends in terms of sales volume and profitability
• Manage in all strategic plan implementation processes
• Understand and interpret business and market trends in order to forecast accurate financial results
• Ensure all operations are in compliance with regulations and company policies
• Budget control and cost forecasting
• Manage OEM and ODM business for worldwide market
• Manage brand building

Requirements:

• At least 5 years related solid working experience at senior management level preferably in printing / packaging industry
• Demonstrate well developed strategic planning, organizational development and business skills
• Resourceful, strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English and Mandarin
• Confident and be a positive thinker, self-driven and problem-solver
• Frequent travel
