General Manager

You will be responsible for:
Create a positive and exciting team oriented environment, which focuses on 100% guest satisfaction.
Develop the annual budget  
Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals
Leading by example, drive  team engagement
 

Your experience and skills include:
At least 5 years’ experience in management position in hospitality, experience in a Hotel General Manager position is a plus
Strong leadership, business & people orientation, autonomy and strong decision making skills
Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
Fluent in Polish and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding sales skills
Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
Service and quality minded
Good listening skills, ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
