Responsibilities:

Job requirements:
1. Russian locals;
2. Proficient in Chinese and English is preferred;
3. Have worked in the communication industry, have in-depth insights into the communication industry, and have certain communication industry resources;
4. Have certain management experience and business negotiation experience;
5. Good leadership, organizational and communication skills;
6. Responsible working attitude.
