With great ambitions to improve there global standing, they are seeking a qualified General Manager to run their Hong Kong operation.


Your new role
The successful candidate will be required to grow and improve the current footprint in the region through strategic business planning and project execution. It will be your responsibility to manage, mentor and coach a large-team of industry professionals to grow revenue and provide strategic insights for new and innovative solutions. You will be expected to lead from the front with business development, product development and corporate affairs while ensuring the delivery of all solutions are to a premium standard.

This includes:

• Liaising with government officials
• Present to "C Level" executives across the "Built environment"
• Attaining market information and designing products based on demand
• Work with your international colleagues and promote "best practice"
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the region

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven ability to manage a large global construction related business
• Flawless track record meeting financial targets and budgets
• Business Development mind set
• Strong knowledge of the construction space in Asia
• Degree in engineering or related business recognition
• Proactive nature
• Candidates from a large engineering consultancy will be highly regarded
• Chinese and English Language skills - English Imperative
