Job Description
Project Manager ( Plastic Tooling/ Molding)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day execution and project management of assigned accounts and tasks
- Work very closely with customers, lead team and manage suppliers to ensure smooth, on time delivery of projects
- Expected to lead the China team, review and set up a better project management system
- Able to work independently and proactive in coming up with initiative to improve the company's processes
- Responsible for customer visits
- Reports to the GM
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience of project management in plastic molding &/or tooling (manufacturing) industry. Automotive and/or consumer electronics experience will be ideal.
- Highly organized and strong analytical skills
- Experienced in RFQ and PPAP/APQP quality processes; computer proficient.
- Experienced in leadership and/senior role
- Candidate who has worked in China will be ideal for us.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Ability to work under pressure; yet meticulous without losing attention to details
- Problem solver
- Salary will commensurate according to experience
Working Hours: 5 work days/week
