Accountability

• Promote WinGD brand and company awareness in Hongkong and Taiwan market; lead Taiwan sales manager/representative
• Achieve targets for sales volume, market shares and order intake margins with customers in Hongkong and Taiwan area
• Increase of customer satisfaction level through consistent communication and support along the whole product lifecycle
  
  

Main Task

• Proactively plan and execute sales and marketing activity to major Ship Owners and achieve the target of sales volume, market shares and order intake in Hong Kong / Taiwan area
• Reporting of business project pipeline
• Keep close cooperation with the rest of the sales team covering the shipyards
• Follow-up and support for delivery projects in cooperation with WinGD Operatsions
• Support customers in operational / warranty phase in cooperate with WinGD Operations team, to solve customers’ issues efficiently and fast
  
  

Education, Experience, Skills desired

• Knowledge of 2-stroke diesel engine and shipping industrial market, with sales experience preferred
• Engineer or business by education
• Bachelor degree or above
• Experience more than 8 years
• Language: Chinese - Cantonese, Chinese - Mandarin, English

• 與 WinGD 發動機交付與運營支持部門合作，跟踪訂單的交付
• 與 WinGD 發動機交付與運營支持部門合作，在產品的運營和保修階段為客戶提供支持，高效、及時地解決客戶問題
  
  

教育、工作經歷、所需技能：

• 了解二衝程柴油發動機和航運市場，具有銷售經驗者優先
• 教育專業為機械工程或工商管理
• 學士學位或以上
• 超過8年的相關經驗
• 語言： 中文 - 粵語，中文 - 普通話，英語
