The hotel can also host professional events in the 6 meeting rooms.

What you will be doing:
• Provide and lead the property’s effective operational and strategic direction within all departments.
• Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of Sofitel brand standards and guest service experience, are maintained.
• Maximize revenue potential and maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel business objectives and budgets.
• Review and lead all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business results.
• Influence Talent and Culture activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development.
• Ensure strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.

Your experience and skills include:
• Fluent in English and French

• University degree in Business Administration/Hotel Management or related field is required

• 5+ years' General Manager experience within luxury hotels is required

• Strong knowledge of the local market

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver on expected KPIs
