General Manager

Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the (luxury, premium, midscale, economy) marketplace.

Swissotel Cesme Resort & Spa  located İzmir, Çeşme offers 248 rooms and 104 Residences as well as, All Day Dining Restaurant (900sqm, +open terrace 415m2), Lobby Lounge (835sqm), Speciality Restaurant w Bar (300sqm), Fitness (575sqm), Spa (3500sqm), Swimming Pool (715sqm), Kids Pool (69sqm), Pool Bar and Kis’Club. The hotel can also host professional events in the 9 Meeting rooms, Ballroom (680sqm), Pre-Function Room (350sqm).

What you will be doing:
• Provide and lead the property’s effective operational and strategic direction within all departments.
• Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of Swissotel brand standards and guest service experience, are maintained.
• Maximize revenue potential and maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel business objectives and budgets.
• Review and lead all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business results.
• Influence Talent and Culture activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development.
• Ensure strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.

Your experience and skills include:
Fluent in English and French

University degree in Business Administration/Hotel Management or related field is required

5+ years' General Manager experience within luxury hotels is required

Strong knowledge of the local market

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Proven ability to deliver on expected KPIs
