POSITION SUMMARY



The ideal candidate for this GM position will have prior full-service GM experience and be fluent in Italian.  Proven strong performance in sales and marketing leadership, with demonstrated excellence in full service resort based GM postings will be a real advantage for this flagship hotel. Luxury brand experience will be desirable. The successful candidate must have the ability to develop a leadership and hotel team that embraces the brand vision while developing strong community and public relations. Proven success in building strong owner relationships will be important as will participating in high profile local and international events at the hotel, demonstrating strong communication, networking and PR skills.
