• Implement company annual sales plan including domestic and international sales
• Develop and implement appropriate long and short term strategies and plans for growing and expanding the markets and exploring new business opportunities
• Oversee to ensure strong partnership with agents, distributors and other channels to increase sales & services and profits
• Provide leadership & strategic directions to sales and marketing teams
• Build up and review sales and marketing management related rules and regulations, systems
• 360 degree management onto all sales channels:including but not limited to retail chain stores, KA, distributors, as well as O2O
• Ensure all activities conform to and comply with the corporate mission, values and code of conduct
• Build up succession plan for identified key positions and implement to ensure talent pipeline of the business team and company.
• Report to global CEO

• Over 15 years sales experience in white goods/home appliances industry in China and APAC, air cooler products highly preferred
• Extensive and solid connection with various sales channels, including but not limited to agents, distributors, KA and national retail chains
• Track record of handling China and larger regions sales with sizable team
• Ability and willingness to turn things around
• Ability to be based in Dongguan with extensive necessary travel domestically and internationally
• Language capacity, English and Mandarin
• Excellent inter-personal capacity with self-esteem, sincere people orientation, influencing skill and efficient communication. Result oriented and able to manage multitasks
• Preferred with international exposure as well as JV working experience
• Strong leadership capability.
