Responsibilities:

• To take charge of the project management for the Authority’s self-delivered development projects to ensure the projects to be carried out and delivered in accordance with the approved standard, budget and programme
• To manage the implementation of joint venture projects to ensure its compliance with the terms and conditions of the joint venture agreement
• To implement preservation works for identified historical buildings in accordance with agreed conversation plans
• To manage major construction projects including demolition works, repair works and upkeeping of acquired properties
• To manage the implementation of revitalization projects and transitional housing projects to ensure they are carried out in accordance with approved standard, budget and programme
• To explore innovative construction methods and management measures
• To formulate practices, strategies and required standards for project management, construction administration, monitoring and controls in the Authority’s self-delivered and joint venture development projects 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in relevant building / construction discipline
• Relevant professional qualifications (MHKIS / MHKIE / MHKIA) or other equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity
