• Leading the daily operations of the Asia sourcing organization

• Implement sourcing strategies and develop a highly competitive sourcing organization

• Provide strategic commercial management (including vendor negotiations) and operational

direction and support to the divisional Sourcing organization in line with HQ goals & objectives

• Identify and implement strategic opportunities in the sourcing that could bring significant

advantages for company to improve corporate profitability

• Identify potential suppliers by working directly with product specific silos

• Track supplier performance cross divisional on "on time delivery", cost and quality

• Presence in the office and steering of cross divisional operations to meet forecasts, business

plans & objectives

• Successful management & accountability of all shared and support service management

functions (HR, Legal, Admin, Finance, IT, etc.) in the sourcing organization

• Budgetary and Financial responsible for cost efficient management of the location according to

divisional budgets

• Prefer BA/BS in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)

• 15 - 20 years of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and/or similar experience

• At least 5 years experience being as a General Manager

• Extensive knowledge in the consumer goods industry with manufacturing in Asia

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
