Responsibilities:
• Underwrite large amounts and complicated new business applications within agreed turnaround time and reviews suggest cases from underwriters in order to ensure the underwriting decision are complied with company's rules and guidelines
• Manage underwriting team's operation and performence
• Monitor and examine cases with large and complex risk
• Perform risk management to evaluate risk exposure of business applications
• Liaise with IT and provide user requirements for system enhancement as request
• Provide training and guidance to team members and related staff
• Plan and review underwriting strategy、policy and procedures
• Cooperate with third parties and participate in other project as request

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above preferably in insurance/actuarial/risk management or any related disciplines
• Minimum ten years' working experience in Underwriting
• Sound domain knowledge surrounding Reinsurance and Underwriting
• Possess professional qualification (e.g. FIMI, LOMA) is preferable
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English，fluent Cantonese
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
