General Manager's Assistant

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Assist the General Manager (GM) in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing agendas, and taking minutes.
2.Act as a liaison between the GM and various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
3. Monitor progress of ongoing projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to the GM.
4. Plan and coordinate company events, such as meetings, seminars, and corporate functions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the GM's expectations.
5. Handle personal expenses, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings for the GM.Prepare and maintain files and records related to the GM's responsibilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a corporate or managerial setting.Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
4. Discrete and professional demeanor.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
