Summary of the Job:

• Oversees sourcing and production mainly Cut & Sewn Knit category (Fashion & Functional Wear)
• Direct report to the Vice President Merchandising
• Establish strategic business development
• Ensures orders are fulfilled per customer’s need and margin expectation
• Accountable for the profit and loss of the own business area
• Has good fashion sense and able to identify business growth opportunities 

• 15 years or above on merchandising/sourcing & production in fashion apparel
• A relevant education with diploma or above
• Good tracking work record
• Strong management skills and analytical ability
• A self motivator with excellent communication
• Good team player and Good team leader
