Job Description

THE POSITION:

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, helping to support our accounting and company secretarial departments. Reliability, a strong work ethic and great communication skills are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Typing financial reports, minutes, and other documents
  • Manage, store and track company documents
  • Maintain and update document templates
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Handle calls and emails of clients or redirect inquiries

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma / HKDSE
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
