Job Description
THE POSITION:
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, helping to support our accounting and company secretarial departments. Reliability, a strong work ethic and great communication skills are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Typing financial reports, minutes, and other documents
- Manage, store and track company documents
- Maintain and update document templates
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Handle calls and emails of clients or redirect inquiries
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma / HKDSE
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, well-organized and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
