Job Description
Responsibilities: Gain an understanding of Siemens Healthineers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of business leads and managers globally in SHS Market and sell contact center capabilities and business value by creating the visibility of strategy and solution – generate tangible interest and follow | through rollout Create Global Rollout and deployment project plans in collaboration with CS IT Strategy, Genesys Project team strategy in concert with business priorities Lead and engage others in Product deployment and rollout of Genesys contact center solution in multiple countries and resolve conflicts and ensure commitments are kept Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up at the management level Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of Genesys Cloud capabilities and opportunities to business leads/managers Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications at a strategy/roadmap level Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constant updates to the Genesys Platforms and Features Conduct or be part of market research towards the identification of industry trend Role requires some travel to onsite locations globally to meet business leads/managers in person Skills: Candidate will be asked to demonstrate skills of the following: Experience in Contact Center Domain with Genesys is a plus Prior experience of leading/owning 3-5 Global deployment of Large scale IT solutions in multiple countries Good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses self-motivation , competitive, results-driven attitude , passion, dedication and focused individual Ability to work well under pressure and time driven management expectations Ability to resolve conflicts via compensating through value creation at diverse management level confident presentation skills & ability to pay attention to detail time-management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload articulate, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills a strong team spirit & business awareness an up-to-date working knowledge of the industry Qualification : This area of work is open to all graduates, but a degree in one of the following subjects may be particularly useful: business information systems or technology business management or Master of business administration computer science, software engineering or computer engineering Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc.
