The Role
As a member of cross cultural HR Team, work as point of contact for functional HRBP and focus on develop and deliver HR solutions to support business needs in Geographical pespective.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with frontline managers and employees on implementing HR strategies and solutions, in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
  • Supports/ all cyclical HR activities for Taiwan under Functional HRBP’s directions and guidance.
  • Supports/Facilitates manager forums in Taiwan
  • Supports functional HRBPs on ER within assigned GEO and for GEO business leaders
  • Maintains and develops knowledge of country/GEO employment practices, cultural norms
  • Main point of contact for assigned GEO – competitiveness on pay and benefits, local vendor management and input to SMEs, communication of benefit program
  • Support key HR programs’ local execution on Talent Development, Employee Engagement.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR work experience and hands on experience on employee relation is preferred.
  • Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation Knowledge
  • Ability to work on multitasks
  • Solid HR acumen including problem solving, self-initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, good communications and listening skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Proven effective execution capability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands on experience on employee relation is preferred.
  • Proven track record in HR change management
  • Ability to work across cultures in the region
  • MNC experience preferred
