Job Description
#### Position Description:


This position will lead a technical project management team, which is
responsible for maintenance of Lenovo tools for business management, as well
for project deployment for all Lenovo areas, focusing in business performance
and quality increase across Latin America organization. It requires people
management skills, combined with business understanding and how to create
solutions for business challenges using information technology.

#### Position Requirements:


\- People management skills, especially to project managers and people with
technical background;
\- Be able to receive and understand demands to develop Lenovo business from
all areas, even in not structured ways;
\- Have prioritization skills, to have the best combination of business
results x complexity and costs;
\- Ability to identify and manage cross-project interdependencies and risks,
as well has oversight of the purpose and status of all projects;
\- Proactively lead and drive cross functional work-streams, ensuring project
success aligned to schedule, budget, and quality requirements for assigned
projects;
\- Create and execute comprehensive project plans to include schedule, budget,
procurement, resources, quality, risks, change control and communications;
\- Communicate and document project status directly to internal and external
stakeholders at all organizational levels;
\- Manage multiple cross functional resource teams;
\- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\- Design solutions in websites, apps, and a wide variety of other
digital/physical experiences with the end user requirements in mind
\- Microsoft Dynamics and .NET platform experience
\- CRM (Salesforce) .NET platform, Machine Learning, Data Analytics

At least 5 years managing resources, tasks, and workflows in a project
management role.
\- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and experience working
in a collaborative environment with diverse cross-functional teams;
\- Detailed oriented, and self-motivated with strong analytical skills;
\- Strong organizational skills and be deadline driven;
\- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of a company;
\- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
\- Behave as owner of the company being persistent in searching for an
innovative way to do things better;
\- Empathy for business partners and the drive to help them achieve their
goals;
\- Advanced English.
