Job Description:
Build up relationship with KOLs in German Market with emails and other channels.
Manage day to day and longer term business development plan.
Monitor, listen and respond to KOLs in an appropriate way.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results.
Build a community of advocates, engaging in dialogues and broadcasting the brand&s image.

Requirement：
Fluent English, Native German.
Quick learner.
Demonstrated ability to contact KOLs with over hundreds of emails every day.
Ability to work under pressure.
Hardworking and keep learning.

The salary structure is base pay plus commission.
