Position Title: Project Manager
(Be good at German, English and Chinese, plus points for Japanese; German nationality is preferred; some experience for public welfare projects preferred)
Report to: Managing Director/ GM
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for securing new business for in Health HK and Asia across the Commercial and Communications.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)
Achieves/exceeds the assigned revenue and growth goals in large, complex accounts.
Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing global accounts; identify, qualify, develop and secure new business opportunities with current and potential clients.
Ensures that projects stay within budget constraints and identify what resources are needed to carry out new projects.
Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts.
Manages and improves the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Staying in touch with clients to assess their satisfaction and get their ideas on how to improve services.
Perform market research on client industries to specifically address the concerns of that industry over the course of the business relationship.
Coordinates the involvement of service lines in actively promoting the full portfolio of products and services including training, recruiting, communications and analytics to anticipate and meet client needs.
Coordinate with service lines in developing and submitting proposals to clients.
Develops and executes account plan(s) and monitors progress.
Adjusts plan accordingly to consider new product/service offerings, as well as significant changes to business conditions.
Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities.
Job Qualifications:
BS/BA required with more than 0-1 year relevant healthcare industry sales or account management experience.
Extensive knowledge of healthcare commercial and communication products, customer account management, and pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Consultative selling skills and/or managing consulting engagements are a key requirement.
Problem solving, negotiation, planning, relationship building, presentation, and written and oral communication skills are essential. Able to set vision and direction. Able to influence outcomes. Requires team-orientation.
