Beijing Topview Consulting and Trading Ltd. is an information services and project management consulting firm focusing entirely on trans-national projects in China. Since the 1990s, Topview has helped foreign investors and companies enter and grow in the Chinese market.

Topview, together with its sister companies, Beijing Software Enterprise Advisory Center (BSEAC), work regularly with international partners to facilitate major multinational projects between the Chinese government and other governing bodies, such as the European Commission, the Italian Trade Commission and many more!

Topview is currently opening up new strong business avenues in the German market (the main projects involve the fields of investment, education and technology transfer). That’s the reason why we are looking for a German project assistant to work in our Beijing headquarters, supporting all our new projects with Germany.

Requirements:
• Advanced English oral and written communication skills
• Native German speaker
• Already in Beijing (preferred)
• Wide Experience editing and polishing English documents
• Relevant business or communications qualifications preferred, demonstrated experience in new business development initiatives and activities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, must be able to multitask
• Previous experience working/living in Asia (preferred)
• Mandarin skills are NOT necessary

Conditions:
1. Working days: Mon-Fri from 8:45-17:30. No work in the weekend.
2. Location: close to Chaoyangmen subway station (exit A)
3. Probation period of 3 months, needed for training
4. Full-time employment possibility after probation (full-time financial conditions will be discussed after the interview)
