Location: Beijing
Salary: 16,000-20,000RMB as total package
Working Time: 9am-6pm; Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
--Develop and execute product localization strategies for European markets (focus on German & French).
--Propose and drive product adaptation based on European user needs and market feedback.
--Conduct user research (interviews, surveys) to uncover user pain points and needs.
--Act as a bridge between European markets and the China team for communication and collaboration.
--Localize and optimize product content (manuals, app copy, marketing materials).
--Track and analyze key operational metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements:
--European candidates speak GERMAN as native langugae
--Strong product thinking and understanding of the product iteration process.
--Experience with user research methods.
--Interest in smart home products.
--Strong sense of responsibility and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
--Experience in European localization for smart home/consumer electronics.
--Knowledge of German/French market regulations (e.g., privacy, certification).
