Job Description

1.Implementation of German curricula;
2.Plan, prepare, and conduct German lessons for grades 5 to 12;
3.Evaluate, maintain records, and generate reports;
4.Collaborate with subject colleagues, primary school leadership, and secondary school leadership to develop curriculum documents and development plans;
5.Identify development opportunities for the German department (e.g., participation in competitions, DaF, DaZ, DFu);
6.Collaborate with other project group members and class teachers to create a learning environment that optimizes German language instruction;
7.Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for the use of relevant technologies to support teaching;
8.Plan, prepare, and conduct lessons that needs of all performance levels within the class (individualized learning);
9.Provide parent feedback on students’ progress at parent meetings, LEG, and as needed;
10.Attend specialist conferences, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to maintain and improve professional competence;

Stellenbeschreibung Deutschlehrerin/Deutschlehrer

Umsetzung der deutschen Lehrpläne;
Deutschunterricht für die Klassen 5bis 12 planen, vorbereiten und durchführen;
Bewerten, führen Sie Aufzeichnungen und Berichte;
Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkolleg*innen, Grundschulleitung und Sekundarschulleitung, um Lehrplandokumente und Entwicklungspläne zu entwickeln;
Identifizierung Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten des Deutschfachbereichs (z.B. Teilnahme an Wettbewerben, DaF, DaZ, DFu;
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Projektgruppenmitgliedern und Klassenlehrern, um eine Lernumgebung zu schaffen, die den deutschsprachigen Unterricht optimiert;
Bereitstellung einer Vielzahl von Lernmaterialien und Ressourcen für die Verwendung relevanter Technologien zur Unterstützung des Unterrichts;
Planen, Vorbereiten und Durchführung von Unterrichtsstunden, die den Bedürfnissen aller Leistungsspektren innerhalb der Klasse gerecht werden (individualisiertes Lernen);
Elternfeedback über den Fortschritt der Schülerinnen und Schüler bei Elternabenden, LEG und bei Bedarf;
Teilnahme an Fachtagungen, Bildungskonferenzen und Lehrerfortbildungsworkshops, um die berufliche Kompetenz zu erhalten und zu verbessern.

Requirements

1.Native German speaker;
2.Good knowledge of English;
3.Bachelor's degree or above (Education related majors preferred);
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Completed German education (1st and 2nd state examination or equivalent Austrian/Swiss degree);
6.A minimum two years of previous teaching experience in related field;
7.German qualified teacher status highly preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 21,000 RMB - 31,000 RMB after tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.13th month salary;
3.Housing allowance 6,000 RMB – 11,000 RMB per month;
4.Foreign allowance 4,000 RMB – 8,000 RMB per month;
5.Rental insurance allowance 20% of the salary;
