Your main responsibilities includes exploring business opportunities for the law firm, building social connection with related companies and individuals, providing contract review, negotiation assistance on international and domestic legal agreements, providing legal support and advice on client’s business in China, supporting the corporation business and other members of the law firm on a variety of other issues in China as well as report to the senior partners.

The Successful Applicant
a. Possess strong commercial acumen and come from either in-house or private practice. Must demonstrate sound commercial drafting and legal analysis skills as well as excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
b. Has social network and resources which could benefit the development of the law firm.
c. Has the ability to explore business opportunities for the law firm and is willing to continue his/her career in China.
d. Is familiar with business etiquette.
e. Has knowledge in financial and accounting sectors.
f. Is German native speaking.
