Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Main liaison with Novum US and Novum's other entities regarding glass inquiries.

2. Glass fabrication schedule coordination and management.

3. Correspond and communicate with Novum US other Novum's entities and suppliers to solve any technical glass problems during sample and mass production stages.

4. Work in concert with QA Manager in China to take corrective and effective action to deal with glass quality claims or complaints from Novum US and other Novum entities; investigate root cause, develop and execute solution(s) to those issues and verify glass suppliers have implemented the defined Corrective Action Plan.

5. Participate in new glass supplier evaluation and yearly audit for existing suppliers.

6. Must have the ability to travel to glass supplier and vendor site locations on a regular basis (up to 30% travel). Every effort will be made to plan trips in advance, but short notice trips may be required based on quality need.

Relationship

1. Work with customers and suppliers to solve quality problems.

2. Work closely with all Novum entities to solve glass quality issues in China

Qualification Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in chemical material or mechanical engineering, or other equivalent majors.

2. At least 3+years related work experience .

3. Minimum 2 years of line management experience .

4.. Fluent in English is must, both spoken and written .

5. Good interpersonal and comunicational skilss.

6. .Be familiar with architectural glass manufacture process and quality management.
