What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you report to the Access to Medicines (ATM) Lead and is focused on implementing traditional and unique access mechanisms for patients in LMICs. The role is focused on establishing foundational capabilities in LMIC access with responsibility and management of all day to day initiatives.

What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The finance professional we seek is a collaborative leader with these qualifications.
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 8 years of global access related and/or medical affairs experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years ofglobal access related and/or medical affairs experience
And
•Cross functional experience in implementing access programs in LMICs, humanitarian product donations, medical professionals collaborations, health agency/government collaborations, and NGO/non-profits partnerships
•Experience partnering and working closely with external vendors and organizations to execute access programs in LMIC
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, consistently deliver on-time, and high-quality results.
- Experience working and collaborating with physician groups and medical societies
- Experience with UN agencies and alternative access mechanism developments
- Experience working with and networking with NGOs and other access related organizations
- Knowledge of commercialization and regulatory policies of LMICs in Asia and Africa
