What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role, ATM Program Manager leads and drives to completion all work related to access initiatives planning, design, and execution. This role is accountable to organize, plan, and manage timelines, deliverables, internal/external SMEs to ultimately drive all initiatives for success.
Key responsibilities include:
General
•Responsible for initiative setup deliverables (RACI, process flows, cross functional SME roles and responsibilities, status update meetings, drive to resolution etc)•Support Produce-to-Give initiatives and Corp Philanthropy on logistical and planning activities•Responsible for steady state execution support of all access initiatives•Point of contact to triage issues with SMEs and stakeholders•Ensure Amgen’s ESG/ATM corporate website is up to date at consistent intervals•Work with corporate communications to develop and message accomplishments/initiative winsDesign & Strategic Planning
•Facilitate and design workshops (as needed) with cross functional SMEs for launch of new access initiatives•Coordinate with external contacts and triage relevant opportunities with the ATM core team•Plan, organize, and develop content for governance meetings within Global Medical, ESG Council, and ESG-Healthy People ISC•Maintain an up-to-date understanding of peer ATM programs, as well as regulatory trends and stakeholder (including investor) expectations regarding ATM

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 3+ years of program management experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of program management experience
And
Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or with NGOs involved in implementing access programs
Program management certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of creative problem-solving and enthusiasm for taking on difficult research challenges
- Project management experience, including management of budgets and schedules
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing external partners/vendors/professional societies
- Experience designing and implementing new initiatives focused on access in LMICs
- Experience with regulations and compliance requirements for medicines access in LMICs
- Research, problem solving, and organizational abilities to develop plans for implementation of initiatives in countries without prior footprint
