#### Position Description:


The Global Accounts business segment is composed of Lenovo’s most respected &
influential customers who belong to the Global Fortune 500 group of companies.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong activation and assurance
skills.  As Global Account Assurance & Activation manager, the candidate will
be responsible for responding to RFP and RFQ requests in a timely manner while
putting Lenovo in a position to win by negotiating favorable solutions that
generate revenue and profit, while effectively reducing overall risk for
Lenovo.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating Assurance & Activation
activities in support of PCSD strategic initiatives, including supporting the
Global Account Segment growth plans.   The candidate will need to work
regional and global capability gaps through agreeable solutions and execute
the requirements quickly.  The candidate will be responsible for making sure
that the team provides timely responses to all PCSD  RFI, RFP & RFQ Assurance
opportunities.  They will need to develop & provide solution mapping to
customer requirements and work capabilities gaps through agreeable solutions
on non-standard requests.  The candidate must have experience in dealing with
cross-functional teams and cultures and must have strong interpersonal and
communications skills, demonstrated team building skills, leadership skills,
and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently.
Candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart,
passionate, and approachable.

#### Position Requirements:

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part
