Job Description

Position Description:
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for driving worldwide revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction for Lenovo’s largest and most strategic accounts in Hong Kong. This individual will be managing and maintaining account relationships through senior level engagements for Lenovo’s entire solution portfolio. They will also develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for leading effective IT deployments. The Global Account Manager will also be engaged with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning. Manage the Hong Kong headquartered Global Accounts for PCG & DCG in the Retention terrritory

Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Proactive solutions selling while delivering on aggressive sales targets
  • Deliver excellent CX
  • Execute the overall go to market strategy; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives
  • Utilize a structured and repeatable business process to enable strategic and accurate pipeline management.
  • Collaborate across Lenovo’s fast paced and highly matrixed organization
  • Indirectly manage other sales and support professionals

Position Requirements:
  • 7- 10 year proven track record in strategic selling to Large Enterprise or Global Accounts in a high tech industry required.
  • Possesses C-level executive relationships within an account set, preferred experience in XX Industry
  • Server, Services & PC industry experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
  • Curiosity about the changing technology industry
  • Strong financial, operational and business development acumen
  • Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate
