Position Description: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Global Accounts Services team, focused on accelerating growth in our Solutions and Services business. You will join an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team focused on a driving services revenue across our Global Accounts business. You will be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of Lenovo’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing services. This will include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, voice of the customer, and/or revenue retention motions (product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). You will be responsible for developing an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings. You will be responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers, with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.  You will drive the day to day operational services business in partnership with the Global Account Services BDM and the extended Global Accounts field team. Your other responsibilities will include: • Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling Lenovo Solutions and Services • Revenue and CSAT for assigned Global Accounts regional territory and work with colleagues world-wide for seamless execution. • Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements • Initiate steps as needed to address customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction • Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections to retain customers or win new customers • Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day • Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects • Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met • Collaborate with cross functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner #### Position Requirements: • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred • Prior success in achievement in individual and/or team sales quota/goals • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast- paced environment while developing positive customer relationships • Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success You will report to WW General Manager for Global Accounts & System Integrators What Lenovo can offer you: • Opportunities for career development & growth • Opportunity to have impact and bring own added value • Access to various trainings • Performance based rewards Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
