You will report to Sr.Manager Global Accounts Smart Projects. What actions and challenges await you? Launch Project Managers are the single point of contact for solution enablement for telco customers and are responsible for: Solution Mapping - Understanding the components of the solution to facilitate the creation and implementation of new processes and capabilities as needed to support the customer requirements to: • Engage appropriate internal organizations to build the solution • Identify and document capability gaps and their impact • Improve existing capabilities to support launch • Develop business cases to support capability investment and prioritization • Collaborate with Assurance and Capabilities teams as needed End to End Management of this process by • Coordinating regular cross-functional interlocks and tracking project- related actions, driving to closure • Proactive issue escalation • Providing internal and customer deliverables, including: o Creation of appropriate dashboards and regular communications o Management of project milestones, including customer facing signoffs, product development and certifications, and marketing deliverables Relationship Management • Building extended cross-functional team of SMEs, establishing collaboration, cohesion, and agreement throughout the process • Teams with functional SMEs to ensure that each team member’s expertise and progress is being leveraged throughout the project Inventory Management • Manage weeks of inventory and the promotions needed to drive consumption • Forecast, supply, backlog, and shipment • Mode of Transportation (MOT) Budget • Product Returns Continuous Improvement •  Ensure best practices and lessons learned from past projects are shared and leveraged as applicable #### Position Requirements: • Pioneering skills – willingness to think and execute outside the box • Relationship management experience with customers • Complex project management experience – PMP certification a plus • Excellent English written and oral communication skills • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills • Analytical skills • Lean Six Sigma training What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies; • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes; • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home; • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity; • Attractive compensation package.
