负责手机产品结构和工艺分析，识别设计问题，并提供有效解决方案
   熟悉手机组装过程关键工艺环节及相应制造设备的结构和工作模式，具备较强的实验设计和数据分析能力，能够提供合理有效的工艺参数
   研究手机组装新工艺和技术，熟悉行业动态，负责手机从设计到量产阶段的新技术导入和验证
   具备项目管理能力，保证项目按科学的项目管理流程实施，从时间、成本、质量方面达成项目目标
   具备全球化的视野，了解全球制造工厂的能力，确保全球制造工艺的统一，解决制造工艺问题，提升制程能力，制造新技术全球推广与实施
   具备数字化制造的理念，熟悉模拟仿真的相关技术，能够实现产品虚拟装配，公差分析，生产物流仿真

   Responsible for mobile phone mechanical structure and process analysis,
identify design problems and provide effective solutions.
   Familiar with the key process of the mobile phone assembly and the
structure, working mode of the corresponding manufacturing equipment. Strong
experimental design and data analysis ability, can provide reasonable and
effective process parameters.
   Study new technology and technology of mobile phone assembly, familiar
with industry trends, and responsible for new technology introduction and
verification from mobile phone design to mass production.
   Have the ability of project management, ensure that the project is carried
out according to the scientific project management process, and achieve the
project target from time, cost and quality target.
   Have global perspective to understand the capabilities of global
manufacturing site, ensure the same global manufacturing processes, solve
manufacturing problems, improve process capability, global implementation of
new technologies.
   Have concept of digital manufacturing, familiar with the related
technology of simulation, can realize virtual assembly, tolerance analysis and
production logistics simulation.

#### Position Requirements:


自动化、机械、电子等相关专业本科以上学历
   英语口语和书写流利
   手机制造相关行业八年以上工作经验
   了解手机结构设计，熟悉手机组装工艺流程，有DFM相关经验
   具备一定的6 sigma 知识，具备实验设计和数据分析能力
   具备项目管理知识和经验，能够使用科学项目管理流程和方法
   了解机器人、视觉系统及相关非标自动化设备的结构和原理
   熟悉3D设计软件，例如Proe 、Solidworks 等
   熟悉模拟仿真软件，例如西门子或达索的产品组装虚拟仿真软件

   Bachelor degree or above in automation, mechanical, electronics and other
related majors.
   Fluency in spoken and written English
   More than eight years working experience in mobile phone manufacturing
industry.
   Understand the mechanical design of mobile phone, familiar with the
process of mobile phone assembly, have DFM related experience.
   Have certain knowledge of 6 Sigma, and have the ability of experimental
design and data analysis.
   Have project management experience and be able to use scientific project
management process and method.
   Understand the structure and principles of robots, visual systems and
related non-standard automation equipment.
   Familiar with 3D design software, such as Proe, Solidworks, etc.
   Familiar with simulation software, such as SIEMENS or Dassault product
assembly virtual simulation software.
