Audit Coordination & Global Projects

The objectives of this role include performing, coordinating and monitoring international audit activities of assignment management HRS/GS and ensuring integrated quality management for the global operational and organizational structure; Dedicated to HRS/GS global organizational and operational projects.

Monitoring and internally coordinate audits conducted by Corporate Audit (CA) worldwide for HRS/GS GAM and acting as main contact for the auditor during their field work. Address to the organization’s Management any concern or issue during the development of the different audits. Coordinating preparatory measures, particularly information before CA field work. Consolidate internal feedback on issues.

Definition of action plans for remediation of findings to properly address and mitigate the risks identified ensuring that findings from external and internal audits are remediated on time. Maintain updated the HRS/GS management regarding the remediation status.

Liaision with CA for GAM Vision advisory services to ensure to-be process fulfil compliance requirement. Responsible to deliver business processes and status report for CA review. Coordinating and assisting GAM Vision in extrapolating ways in which processes could be analyzed and improved.
Being a dedicated project team member for Project Focus GAM working package of IT system: support GAM Systems to analyse system change requirements with ITH; define IT system changes in Business Requirement Document; coordinating system development and User Acceptance Test; ensure Project Focus requirements successfully implemented.

Ensuring link to Global Process Management function: Leading or taking part in projects to define process improvements for HRS/GS GAM in cooperation with various functions, e. g. consultants (Stuttgart, Germany), administration (Berlin, Germany), policy team (Beijing), hubs (Beijing / Farmington Hills, USA). Develop special audit projects on demand.
