Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team and focus on maintaining and strengthening our relationships with partners (especially in the US market), as well as identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, as well as a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities from daily work.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development strategy with a focus on maintaining and strengthening relationships with partners in the US market, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Visit partners regularly to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate and renew contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives to support partner growth and success.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth.
• Identify new business opportunities from daily work and pursue them proactively.
• Communicate regularly with partners to keep them informed about company news and developments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our brand and build relationships with potential partners.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact partner relationships.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Candidate should have US or EU passport.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in global business development, with a focus on relationship management, communication, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
