Job Description

*full-time office based position for all nationals, visa support if foreign national.

Employer: Our client is a Chinese provider of travel services including accommodation reservation, transportation booking, package tours and corporate travel organization. It’s currently the largest online travel agency in China.

Job Description
• Scope, develop, and oversee CRM marketing strategies across email and push to meet marketing KPI goals.
• Develop and orchestrate a global loyalty strategy and measure acquisition, retention, and loyalty goals.
• Build and refine event-based triggers and lifecycle messaging across entire customer lifecycle.
• Work closely with analytics team and product team to develop audience segmentation strategy.
• Execute daily campaign delivery and manage creative & content.

Requirements
• 8-10 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in direct response marketing or email marketing required.
• Nearly native fluency in both of Chinese and English is essential.
• Proven track record in managing email marketing strategy design and execution.
CRM experience in Retail or E-commerce industry preferred. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese language skills would be a plus but not mandatory
