What You’ll Do:
DCG's Worldwide Marketing is looking for a self-starter with experience
building demand generation campaigns and leading engagements with external
agencies. The Worldwide Campaign Manager is responsible for planning,
developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns that generate awareness
and drive consideration for Lenovo data center solutions. This strategic role
has the unique privilege of collaborating with cross functional teams to craft
compelling messages and to develop go-to-market plans to promote Lenovo’s
solutions. This is an exciting time for marketing within Lenovo DCG.
The Worldwide Campaign Manager will be part of a collaborative, creative, and
metrics-based team whose goal is to increase performance and revenue. This
will be joining the Brand and Demand team responsible for the worldwide vision
and creation of all global demand generation initiatives. The right candidate
possesses demonstrated demand generation experience, is energized by
conceptualizing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and
wants to play a pivotal role in a growing marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive lead generation plan across multiple channels to
drive sales and revenue growth for the company
• Work with external agency and product segment teams to optimize spend,
creative, and messaging amongst lead generation vehicles
• Build demand generation plan to increase new customer acquisition
• Create highly engaging, strategically focused campaigns that spark interest
from our target audience
• Development of marketing success criteria, with tracking & readout against
goals done on a monthly basis
• Translate business objectives into marketing tactics
• Lead marketing test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of
successful offers, content types, and delivery tactics, and when required,
refine strategies based upon findings
• Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of the
campaign are accurate prior to launch
• Partner with the tele-sales organization to facilitate customer acquisition
and opportunity identification
• Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement
metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics
• Participate in defining requirements for CRM infrastructure and campaign
reporting
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• 5+ years' experience and proven track record executing successful B2B direct
marketing programs
• Working knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with building and executing social media plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative
skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
• Background in marketing principles, experience with email marketing and
marketing automation systems
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA
• Paid media experience
• Experience with CRM systems
