Global Channel Analytics Manager key responsibilities include: Define and validate the Global Channel Organization Market Intelligence data and information needs. Define the tools and processed that will provide the data and market analytics. Cooperate with the Channel Program design team, GEOs and WW MI team in order to provide the most relevant analytics, in a timely and appropriate level of accuracy manner. Understand the strategic intent of the organization and identify the data flows that will support the strategic decisions as well and data exchange within the Channel ecosystem. And what actions and challenges await you? • Mapping and assessing of the existing Channel data portfolio and GEO, segment, business, and WW level. • Create the map of the relevant data and analytics needed for the ISO Channel organisation and local GEO originations. • Create the map of the data flow that should and could be exchanges with different Channel ecosystem stakeholders. • Cooperate with 3rd parties, Lenovo MI and digital transformation team in order to set up the data flow and analytics process. #### Position Requirements: • Solid planning, analytical and soft skills, being able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. • Being a real game-changer, who will proactively identify issues and appropriate escalation paths, with mitigation and strategies for resolution. • Strategic planning and long-term vision while execution on short term plans • Strong communication skills and perseverance to collaborate and influence buy in and support across Lenovo Channel sales team and channel partners. • Project Management capabilities to drive continuous model improvement • Keeping the right balance between Internal and External customers, being the key reference leader for the model, both internally and externally. • Master’s degree, university degree, bachelor or equivalent in Finance or Business administration. • 5 to 10 years of experience in a Business Planning, Strategic development, or business management roles • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills What Lenovo can offer you: • An exciting job with great opportunities for success • A good potential to grow both professionally and personally • You will be a part of the Number 1 PC vendor in the world • Very nice and stimulating office environment • Performance based rewards & flexibility Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, colour, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
